SALAMANCA CITY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT VOTE RESULTS MAY 16, 2023

PROPOSITION NO. 1: 2023-2024 BUDGET

BE IT RESOLVED, that 187 yes votes, and 30 no votes, and 17 blank votes were cast, that the budget for the Salamanca City Central School District, Cattaraugus County, Salamanca, New York (the “District”) for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024, as presented by the Board of Education, in the amount of $51,211,707 is hereby approved and adopted, and the required funds therefor are hereby appropriated and the necessary real property taxes required shall be raised by a tax on the taxable property in the District to be levied and collected as required by law; we declare that Proposition No. 1, the School District Budget vote IS adopted.

BOARD OF EDUCATION ELECTION

BE IT RESOLVED, that having examined the report of the election inspectors for the annual school board election held on May 16, 2023 the following persons were cast votes for the two vacant seats:
171 in favor of Tracy Pacini
116 in favor of Christian Reiller
16 in favor of (other write-in votes)
We declare Tracy Pacini duly elected to serve a term beginning May 17, 2023 and expiring June 30, 2028, and;
We declare Christian Reiller duly elected to serve a term beginning July 1, 2023 and expiring June 30, 2028.
