I was born and raised in Endicott, NY. I received my BFA from Alfred University and the New York State College of Ceramics, I have minors in photography and art history. Afterwards I received my Masters of Science in Education in the Visual Arts Education from SUNY New Paltz. In 2009 I moved to Salamanca and began my wonderful life as the Pre-K-3 art teacher at Prospect Elementary. I have spent the past 10 years in colorful, organized chaos helping the next generation of artists blossom and grow. When I'm not in my classroom you can find me coaching either volleyball or girls lacrosse. In my free time, I enjoy reading a good book with a cup of tea, taking my pups for kayak trips and generally being outside.
My favorite art forms are traditional photography and sculpture, but you can also find me painting occasionally.
