Students of the Month

The High School Students and Warriors of the Month... All of the winners were nominated by their classroom teachers or coaches throughout each month and were all selected based on strict criteria in the areas of attendance, academics, and overall character traits.  Several high school students were nominated, but these few that we will announce today were the ones selected to receive this award.

Norah Clayson

Norah Clayson - November

The first Student of the Month for November is a Junior that is always kind, listening, and attentive in class.  They always ask for help when they need it and are always engaged.  Most of all, they are a friend to all and is willing to do whatever it takes to succeed academically. 

Eden McKune

Eden McKune - December

The first Student of the Month for December is a 9th grader.  They are one of the top students in their class and always has their assignments completed on time.  They are in both Honors English 9 and Global 9 and is a model student.  They always participate and highly contribute to class discussions.  They are more than willing to help other students in class and is a great role model. 

Kyle Dibble

Kyle Dibble - November

The second Student of the Month for November is a 9th grader that works hard every day in all of their classes.  They are never tardy and has only missed 1 day so far this school year.  They are respectful, polite, and is kind to peers and staff alike.  They are a model student, and has even volunteered to stay after school with their brother to help their sibling find the same success in school as they do.

Rowan Brown

Rowan Brown - December

The second Student of the Month for December is a 10th grader.  This student goes above and beyond in their work for English 10.  They are studious, attentive, a critical thinker, and is responsible.  They always have their work completed and if they do happen to miss class, they are quick to check in and see what they have missed.  Their work is above grade level and their effort is stellar.
