Salamanca, NY – The Salamanca City Central School District is pleased to welcome Nicole Beaver as the new Assistant Superintendent for Academic Services. Nicole brings 16 years of experience in education, with a strong background in elementary education and literacy. She holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and her passion for supporting educators and students is evident in everything she does.
Nicole resides in Cattaraugus County with her husband, Cole, and their five children. After serving as a principal for four years in the Salamanca City Central School District, she is eager to step into her new role. Her dedication to the community and commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative culture will be key in supporting educators and ensuring the success of every student.
As Assistant Superintendent, Nicole will focus on empowering staff and advocating for student growth. She believes in the power of teamwork, open communication, and creating an environment rooted in equity, growth, and excellence. Nicole is passionate about building strong, effective teams that drive lasting change and positive impact.
Her goal is to continue fostering a sense of teamwork and progress throughout the district, and she is excited to bring her energy, passion, and dedication to this role. Nicole looks forward to working closely with the community to achieve our shared vision of success for every student.
