Stay Up to Date with Required Vaccine Information

Are you entering 6th Grade - it is required by NYS law to have

2 doses of Varicella Vaccines (chicken pox) and

1 dose of Tdap (tetanus and diptheria) ** Note, if the child has not yet turned 11 years of age they must recieve the immunization within thirty (30) days after their birthday and provide proof of vaccination to the school nurse.
